What is the Florida marriage license by mail?
That is an easy-to-answer question. You are applying for a wedding license to get legally married in the State of Florida. It is the same document as if you applied in person and is legally binding once your marriage has taken place. The only difference is that we will do the legwork for you. Applying for your Florida marriage license in Person.
The usual route would be that you visit a Florida Clerk of Court together and apply for your license. The Clerk of Court accepts applications only on weekdays, and both of you must be present to apply. You may have to schedule an appointment or allow some time, as you should expect waiting times, especially at busy offices in larger cities.
