Florida Wedding license Application Process
All applicants must have a valid Email address and be able to download, receive, and print documents to file for a wedding license by mail. We will not be able to mail anything but the finished license no matter if you pay online or with a money order.
ONLINE ORDER:

Fill out our application form and e-mail it to us. E-mail to license@eventsandmoreinc.com
Please download the Florida wedding license application form: Florida Wedding License Application form. You may fill out the form directly on your computer and print it out or print the form and handwrite the information. Do not email the form directly from Adobe Acrobat. You can send us the scanned documents or fax it to us along with copies of both of your ID’s.
If you made the payment with another email address then in the application, please let us know. We receive many E-mails per day and if the E-mail or payee is not the same as the applicants we have no way to match the documents with the correct person. Please do not e-mail or fax us applications before you made a payment. We will contact you when we received your application.
