Florida marriage license same sex couples
As of January 6th, 2015 same-sex couples may apply for a Florida marriage license and get legally married in the State of Florida. The equality law made it finally possible for all loving couples to legally marry in the State of Florida. Until 2015 Events and More Inc could only hold nonlegal wedding ceremonies for couples from the LBGTQ community. We are happy that the times changed in the US and legal marriages are possible for same sex couples. International same sex couples
If one or both partners are living outside of the US you probably know the marriage laws in your home country. In the case where legal same sex weddings are still not recognized, your marriage will be valid in the US but can not be filed or legalized with those countries. If legal weddings are lawfully accepted please check with your authorities what documents are needed to register your Florida wedding at home.
